Christin Ban is a registered architect based in California. She manages commercial construction projects in both Los Angeles and the Bay Area.

Nobody likes surprises, at least when it comes to a construction project. I believe in transparency and dealing with the inevitable issues that come up in a straightforward and direct manner. I am also a proponent of learning within the process, and am delighted if I can educate a curious client on how things work from my end. Likewise, I myself get pumped to learn about the intricacies and expert knowledge that the trades come on site with.
I enjoy a collaborative process where client, designer, and constructor all come together as partners working toward shared goals.
