Nike Factory Store Rollout

The Nike Factory Store national rollout set high goals, and sought LEED gold certification on all new store projects. As such, we considered and documented objectives like fixtures that would reduce water use, finishes that reduced harmful vapors, light fixtures and appliances that proved energy performance, as well as minimizing levels of construction waste, and specifying recycling goals.
The Oklahoma City store (shown below) boasted the first gold-certified LEED for Retail Commercial Interiors store in the world, and opened to record sales.
